ABOUT THE ARTIST

Lisbon-based multidisciplinary artist Ekaterina addresses such themes as time, emotion, space, and character in her work. Her artwork invites viewers to connect with an impression of a character depicted in a specific moment and defined space, reflecting or mirroring emotions. In her works, light, colour, and line arrangements represent the unconscious dialogue between inner and “other” selves and create an interaction between artist and viewer, opening new perspectives and giving life to something new.
